Atlantic Fish Company sources from a fourth-generation Boston family business that has been catching fish since 1906. We’ve perfected an age-old process for serving the best seafood. We only purchase what we expect to cook, so our inventory is low and offerings are fresh. We also cut and filet all of our fish in-house.

Before seafood reaches our door, we are meticulous about our handling process. We deny fish with phosphates or those preserved with brines.

SELECTED BY HAND

Our seafood is inspected for quality and freshness. We never purchase fish that’s more than four days old because we believe it makes all the difference.

ATTENTION TO TASTE

Fish of the same species can taste different based on where they’re harvested. Our vendors examine a fish’s upbringing so you sample the best of the sea.
